Why do you want to become Staff: Because I feel like the server has a good amount of potential, and that it could use more staff anyways. And it'd also be fun to hang out and mess around on a server like this, I'd like to see it grow and there's some cool people that show up time to time.  Why should we pick you for Staff: I can manage things on the server, and keep things for the most part in tact like most other good staff members. If there's any problems with players I can manage things quickly and efficiently , and discreetly as well. Also, it may sound a bit overused- But I know how to have fun for the most part. And my mic also doesn't sound like total garbage, so there won't be as many people complaining about that. And as I've stated before I can talk with people, and can get things managed for sure if there's any mishaps. Why should you be chosen over another Applicant?: Because of what I've stated above, and why not? You already need staff as is, and I'll be able to show what I can offer in more detail if need be. I feel like I'm trustworthy, and you can already ask some people on the server if you should let me go ahead and do it or not.  What is more Important, The "Administrators" or the "Players? Explain why? I'd say the players, because without them the server would be boring and dull. They add to the fun, and without other players besides the staff a good amount of the entertainment would be ripped out of the entire equation. Though the administrators matter a lot as well I'd say for sure I'd say the players are more important, not managing one of them could end up making other people unhappy due to them breaking the rules etc.
