Why do you want to become Staff: I want to become staff to create a posotive enviorment to play. To create a place for people to come to relax,game,and meat new people. One of my main goals as a staff member would be to keep the server running smoothly and have a effective role in the servers comunity.I also would want the server to maintain the same rules when staff is online and offline. For example, i used to play on a server called DowntounRP and as soon as the admins whet offline the server would turn into compleate chos. Making the server unbarable to play on which is why i donated to be able to kick and ban people to kind of moderate the server. Why should we pick you for Staff: I am a very helpful,active,recorceful,independent person. I also am dedicated. If i am asked to do somthing i do it no questions asked.I also am very respectful to my superiors and can resolve a senerio very quickly. I feel that i could be a very reliable recource to the team and a good manager if needed.  Why should you be chosen over another Applicant?:    I think i can offer the most change in the comunity and server creating a posotive enviorment to play. I also have some experience with admin powers on single player servers with friends such as banning,tping,jailing,and kicking. I also would consider myself a good learner, i have always been good at reading documents or gathering evidence to punish someone. I also am a member of student gover ment at my highschool which takes good leadership skills. What is more Important, The "Administrators" or the "Players? Explain why? The Players because if you dont have any players because they arent treated properly then their is no need for administrators because their will be no server.I also think players come first because players see things admins don't. I also think this because the players are a backbone to the sevrver and community. This also coensides with the phrase "The coustoner comes first". I think of the server as a store or resturant because if the resturant has no coustoners then the resturaunt will fail.
